Hotel Vadian Garni is a traditional and tidy hotel offering well-appointed, reasonably spacious rooms. I was pleased that I could easily book a Wheelchair Accessible room with twin beds and soundproof windows.

We booked a standard king room with a handy wake-up service, the breakfast was delightful, and the check-in process was super fast.

The boutique building and rooms here with a single bed are very nice, and the location is excellent, only a 15-minute walk to the Cathedral.

I had the pleasure of staying in the beautiful annexe building at Hotel Vadian. The location couldn't have been better, just a stone's throw away from the stunning St Gallus Cathedral and the impressive abbey library. The room itself was comfortable and efficient, with a touch of character that made it feel special. Despite being in the heart of the old town, it was surprisingly quiet at night, allowing for a peaceful sleep. The hotel is also conveniently situated near the railway station, making it easy to explore other parts of Switzerland. I had a delightful stay at Hotel Vadian and would highly recommend it.

We had a great stay at the hotel in a wonderful location, just a short walk from the station. The reception was friendly, the hotel very clean, and the bed was comfy with lovely bedding. The breakfast was extremely good and the staff were friendly. The hotel is located in the old town and close to the Baroque Library, which was perfect. Highly recommend!

The hotel's proximity to the cathedral and Abbey library was mind-blowing, allowing us to easily visit these magnificent sites. We were super impressed by the meal and wine in the back yard, and the staff's gesture of lending us silverware, glasses, and plates. My husband was jaw-dropped by the high quality mattress and pillow. The justified high price was due to the AMAZING service quality.

We had a wonderful stay at Vadian Garni in a comfortable and functional hotel. The location was excellent, just minutes away from the historic old centre of the city where we could visit the Cathedral and Abbey library. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, making our check-in quick and easy. The entire hotel was incredibly clean and our bed was very comfortable. We also enjoyed a filling continental breakfast in the lovely breakfast room. we highly recommend Vadian Garni for its great location and reasonable price.
